Grief doesn’t live only in the mind. It lives in the chest that won’t open, the throat that tightens, and the body that keeps bracing or freezing from something that happened long ago.

In April 2026, through Neurotoned’s monthly membership, Jaya will be exploring this theme, taking us on a somatic journey through grief, loss, and life transitions. The body will be supported to gently meet unprocessed grief through both pre-recorded videos and live group sessions in community.
