Join Jaya and a beautiful community for monthly Somatic Integrations offered to anchor your monthly intentions into the body through guided somatic movement, introspection, and meditation facilitated by Jaya. Everyone is welcome to one free Somatic Integration session to sample and enjoy this simple yet profound practice together.

These online Integrations take place on the 4th Tuesday of every month, closest to the New Moon from 8~9:30 pm EST. They take place when the moon aligns with the sun and the subsequent dark sky reflects the void from which all new creations can emerge from. They offer an invitation to go within and discover which seeds we would like to plant and have germinate in the weeks to come. They invite us to share our healing and vitality intentions for the next 4 week cycle (briefly at the outset if desired), and then to enter into somatic, introspective and contemplative practice, to bring forth what wants to be born next.

The Integrations encourage whatever needs to unfold for us to come forth so that we can feel and embody our intentions more fully. We conclude with a few minutes of silent meditation, allowing everyone to rest in their inner experience. Optional sharing at the end, or participants are welcome to leave in silence.
