Understanding Trauma & Your Nervous System
What is trauma really? Explore how trauma affects your autonomic nervous system (sympathetic and parasympathetic) and learn about fight, flight, freeze, and fawn (FFFF) responses.
Understand why your body reacts the way it does and how to work with these survival patterns to return to safety and social engagement.

Animal Wisdom & Polyvagal Theory
Discover what Somatic Experiencing teaches us about our natural mammal behaviors and how Polyvagal Theory explains nervous system states.
Learn to strengthen interoception (your internal gut sense) and work with body memories to support nervous system regulation and trauma resolution.

Integrating Emotions & Physical Pain Through the Body
Work with somatic practices and mindful movement to integrate the primary emotions: fear, anger, shame, grief, sadness, and anxiety.
