Join Jaya and a beautiful community for a free Somatic Integration session on Monday, December 30, 2024 from 8:30 ~9:30pm EST offered to connect with the power of somatic movement, contemplation, and meditation.

These online Integrations take place on the 4th Tuesday of every month, closest to the New Moon from 8~9:30 pm EST, and serve as fertile ground for new beginnings. They invite us to share our healing intentions for the coming 4 weeks (briefly if desired), and then to enter into a guided space of somatic movement, healing and meditation with Jaya.

The Integrations encourage whatever needs to unfold for us to feel and embody our intentions more fully. We conclude with a few minutes of silent meditation, allowing everyone to rest in their inner experience. Optional sharing at the end, or participants are welcome to leave in silence.

For the free session, simply register, and Jaya will send you the Zoom link prior to the gathering. This single session is a gift to you for the Holy Days and to enjoy this transformative journey, as well as community.
